Although change tends to make us uncomfortable, Google has perfected making the benefits of their changes outway any uncertainties or minor inconviniences they may cause. That being said, Google Analytics Universal has officially launched out of beta.
Google’s motto should be “A Change Gon’ Come”…an homage to the great Sam Cooke of course.
So what does that mean for you? It means it’s time to upgrade your present properties from the classic Google Analytics to Universal Analytics.
The switch to Universal doesn’t have to be complicated. The flowchart and video should help to clarify the overall process and highlight the special technical considerations.
